LaoMao Cloud collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We do not log browsing history, connection destinations, or DNS queries. During account registration we collect only the email address you provide and payment information processed through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

2. Data use

Collected data is used for: account verification and login, subscription management and renewal, technical support communication, and service quality improvement. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the account's active period. After cancellation, data is fully deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses necessary functional cookies to maintain session state. We use anonymous aggregate analytics tools (Rybbit and OpenPanel) to analyse page traffic; these tools do not collect personally identifiable information.

5. Data security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Server data at rest is encrypted, and access is strictly limited to operations staff who need it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Submit a request through the ticket system and we will respond within 30 days.
